Self Esteem

How To Use Our Free Course To Maximize your Self Confidence & Self Esteem

If you have spent a while looking around for help with self confidence or self esteem, it’s my guess that you will have come across ALL sorts of stuff, all promising the same thing.

“This is the magic wand that will make your life perfect.”

You won’t find such outrageous promises here.

It is my experience that nothing worthwhile comes without effort.

BUT! It has to be the right sort of effort, and aimed in the right direction. You can pour blood, sweat and tears into many self esteem ideas and end up worse off than when you started.

Many of the self help books, online programs, websites, ebooks, therapists, counselors (the list is endless) make one fundamental mistake when it comes to self confidence and self esteem.

This is their mistake…

Avoid Self Help Hell

Good self confidence and self esteem comes from a decreased focus on the self (less self consciousness), and most of these self help approaches increase that focus. They literally lock you in Self Help Hell. The harder you try to improve your confidence, the worse you feel.

You will find that the free course, and our CD pack that I’ll tell you about in a minute, work the opposite way, to help you get into the natural groove of the self confident person.

How can I be so confident about this? After all, surely if so many people are doing it that way, it must be right way to do things, right? Wrong.

Why Self Improvement is a Mine Field

Although you can rely on professionals in other areas, it doesn’t really work like that in the psychology field.

In engineering, yes.

In IT, yes.

In office management, yes.

In these areas, what works is generally used. There’s a bottom line — money.

But in psychology, things are different. The fact that it is so hard to test human experience makes agreement difficult. And everyone has their own opinion.

Not long ago, an extremely famous chat show host was heard to say:

Low self esteem is the root of all the problems in the world”

Due to a report released in 2002 we now know that is completely untrue (as we always suspected).

Low self esteem is a problem, but it does not lead to nearly as much violence, drug taking, teenage pregnancy etc as was thought.

This is yet another example of bad ideas making peoples’ lives more difficult instead of easier.

So this is what we recommend:

Trust Your Common Sense When Choosing a Self Improvement Product.”

Outrageous claims are just that — outrageous.

So Who Am I to Say All This?

I work as a therapist, personal coach and trainer. As clinical lead at the West London Hypnotherapy Clinic we spread cutting-edge information on psychology worldwide through our courses and websites.

We frequently work one-to-one with people who have:

  • A major confidence crisis
  • A lack of faith in themselves to take on new challenges
  • Difficulty being assertive
  • Fear of confrontation
  • An extremely low opinion of themselves
  • Difficulty in one area such as public speaking
  • Social phobia
